I pray that the Lord will comfort you. I know it's so very hard to let go and I know the desire to get past the heartache but not forget. I would like to continue to encourage you and to tell you again that it will get better. The Lord is with you..guiding you through this trial.

Casey and Dan,
God laid it on my heart to say a special prayer for you today as I was driving past Open Door Baptist today (haven't been over in that direction in months). Praying for comfort and peace as God wraps His loving arms around you as you continue to grieve the loss of your handsome and precious little Asher. Then a few hours later when I got home, I sat down at the piano to pick around a little and read a special Michael Card (my favorite Christian artist) poem called "Lullaby for the Innocents" in the back of his "Sleep Sound in Jesus" piano book and that made me pause and pray for you all once again. Having a miscarriage early in my first pregnancy was hard but I can only imagine how much harder it is for you to have made it through your entire pregnancy and even met your sweet little boy before the Lord called him home. Thanks for continuing to share your thoughts and feelings as you go through the grieving process.
Love in Him,
Julie Miles
