If you are like me, you love reading blogs and find it a great way to keep up with others near and far! However if you are also like me and must limit your time on the computer (at least time spent reading blogs) you find yourself not being able to keep up with everyone very easily. Well, I will share my "secret" to keeping up with everyone or at least my attempt to.
www.bloglines.com It's amazing! you sign up for it and then get a "subscribe to my bloglines" button for your bookmark bar and hit it whenever you are at a blog you want to keep up with. Then you can just check your blogline site each day and you can set it up to show you only the blogs that have new posts. It's great, I know usually the day of when a friend post's and I don't ever have to go to a blog to see if they have updated it when they haven't posted. Saves so much time! If you're not very computer savvy it may take a few minutes to set up... but you can figure it out and it's so worth it! ** the photo is of my bloglines of friends and family blogs...
I also just want to say how proud I am of you momma's of little ones who have made it a discipline to blog regularly about your life, kids, and walk with the Lord. You should check out www.blurb.com and each year just download that years blog posts and it will print a bound book for you to have with the posts and pictures as well! And it's really reasonably priced for those books... makes for great christmas presents for grandparents and baby books for those of you who don't have time to keep those up as well!
